Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the BitsMarkets platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not use our services.

BitsMarkets reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon their publication on the Platform. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

To make purchases on the Platform, you must create an account through Google OAuth or by registering with an email address and password.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activity carried out under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or that are used fraudulently.

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you pick in the selector, and include all applicable charges. Payment is made by bank QR in bolivianos (Bs) from Bolivia, or by deducting your BitsMarkets balance —which is held in US dollars— from anywhere else.

The purchase process requires the Player ID for the corresponding game and payment through the enabled methods: QR code through a gateway authorized in Bolivia, or store balance topped up with Binance Pay from any country.

Payment is confirmed automatically by the gateway. Once confirmed, the order moves to processing and the top-up is delivered to the Player ID provided.

BitsMarkets is not responsible for incorrect Player ID information provided by the user. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the information entered is correct before confirming the purchase.

Orders with the status "Pending" or "Processing" may be canceled by the administration team if any irregularity is detected in the payment.

Once a top-up has been completed and delivered to the game, refund requests will not be accepted, since the in-game currency is delivered directly by the game provider.

In the event of delivery errors attributable to BitsMarkets, each case shall be evaluated individually to offer an appropriate solution.

The user agrees to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

The following is prohibited: using the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities; attempting to access other users' accounts; manipulating prices, orders, or the payment system; providing false or misleading information; and reverse engineering or attempting to breach the security of the Platform.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate suspension of the account and the denial of service.

BitsMarkets collects and processes the personal data necessary to provide the service, including name, email address, profile picture (when Google OAuth is used), and order history.

Transaction data is processed by the payment gateway; BitsMarkets does not store information about your bank account or your card.

We do not share personal information with third parties, except when it is necessary for Player ID verification through the game providers' APIs.

The user may request the deletion of their account and personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

BitsMarkets acts as an intermediary in the process of topping up in-game currency. We are not the developers or publishers of the video games offered on the Platform.

We are not responsible for: changes in prices, policies, or availability on the part of the game providers; service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure; losses arising from the user's incorrect use of the Platform.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to design, logos, texts, and source code, is the property of BitsMarkets or is used with due authorization.

The trademarks, names, and images of the video games belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational and commercial purposes.
